Verantwortlicher im Sinne der DSGVO ist die STACK² LLC. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Servern in Deutschland (siehe unten); es findet keine Übermittlung deiner Daten in die USA statt, sofern du uns nicht selbst per E-Mail kontaktierst.

Hosting und Server-Logs

Diese Website und das Spiel werden auf einem Server der Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Deutschland) betrieben. Beim Aufruf werden technisch notwendige Daten (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Seite, Browser) in Server-Protokollen verarbeitet, um den Betrieb sicherzustellen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Protokolle werden nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht.

Spiel (game.battleclaude.com)

Das Spiel läuft ohne Konto als Gast. Dabei wird ein zufälliges Kennzeichen im lokalen Speicher des Browsers abgelegt, damit dein Fortschritt (Stufe, Aufgaben, Münzen) wiedererkannt wird. Optional kannst du ein Konto mit Benutzername und Passwort anlegen; das Passwort wird nur als Hash gespeichert. Es werden keine E-Mail-Adressen benötigt. Zur Abwehr von Missbrauch (Sperren) speichert der Spielserver die IP-Adresse während der Sitzung und im Fall einer Sperre.

Cookies und Speicher

Die Website setzt keine Tracking-Cookies und kein Analyse-Werkzeug. Sie merkt sich lediglich deine Sprachwahl im lokalen Speicher des Browsers.

Schriftarten

Diese Website lädt Schriftarten von Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). Dabei wird deine IP-Adresse an Google übermittelt. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Kontakt per E-Mail

Wenn du uns per E-Mail schreibst, verarbeiten wir deine Angaben zur Beantwortung der Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO) und löschen sie, sobald sie nicht mehr benötigt werden.

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is STACK² LLC. Processing takes place on servers in Germany (see below); your data is not transferred to the USA unless you contact us by email yourself.

Hosting and server logs

This website and the game are hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) is processed in server logs to keep the service running (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and deleted after a short time.

The game (game.battleclaude.com)

The game runs without an account as a guest. A random identifier is stored in your browser's local storage so your progress (level, quests, coins) is recognized. Optionally you can create an account with a username and password; the password is stored only as a hash. No email address is required. To prevent abuse (bans), the game server keeps your IP address during the session and in case of a ban.

Cookies and storage

The website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. It only remembers your language choice in local storage.

Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which transmits your IP address to Google (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Contact by email

If you email us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact the address in the legal notice. A game account can be deleted on request at any time.
